About Me

Heidi Mittelstaedt is a licensed real estate broker with 18 years of experience.

In the average year, Heidi will help 35 families through the process of selling and buying their homes. As a client, when you work with Heidi, you are ONLY working with Heidi. Many other realtors will list a home and then assign the rest of the process to their "team". Heidi is organized and detail oriented and personally stays on the forefront of every transaction. Equipped with knowledge and skills, she works to negotiate the best price for her clients in today's market.

Specializing in representing her clients in the purchases and sales of residential homes (single family, townhomes, condominiums) and income property, Heidi currently serves Aurora, Batavia, Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Geneva, Lisle, Montgomery, Naperville, Oswego, Plainfield, St. Charles, Warrenville, Woodridge and other surrounding areas.

Being a resident of the western suburbs since 1971 (Lisle and Naperville) and currently residing in Aurora, Heidi knows the areas she is working in! She is active in sports and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.

Heidi has a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication from Illinois State University and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of the Western Suburbs.
